Hey folks – it’s budget season here, there, and everywhere and we’re all evaluating what dollars go towards training next year, and which conferences are top of our list.
I’m going to TMRE this year (first time, so excited!) so that’s definitely on the list, but one that may not be on your radar is the MarketingProfs B2B Summit in Boston. Yeah, if you’re solidly B2C, this isn’t the conference for you. But, if you do any B2B marketing or #mrx work, definitely give this event a look.
Why? The event provides great sessions on a solid cross-section of marketing topics, the keynotes are second to none (Nancy Duarte, Sandy Carter and more in 2011), the networking is great, and even the food is good! I did have my marketing analytics hat on when registering, but research is discussed in almost every session and it’s relevant, interesting stuff.
The size of the event isn't so overwhelming that you can’t get some face time with great speakers who are luminaries in their respective fields (shout out to Katie Paine and CK Kerley!)
No, they’re certainly not paying me to say this! But I do feel strongly enough about the benefits of the event to provide a testimonial. Check out the video below, you may see someone you know!
Have you been to MPB2B? What did you think? What’s the one conference a year that you don’t miss?
